Taking on the challenge

Seeing my self in the mirror and having difficult to move around has made me think and reflect. Adding extra fat weight to your body is the worst thing we do to ourselves. I feel lazy and not wanting to do anything in particular besides lying in my sofa and watch tv. Well today i start changing! I will challenge myself to loose 15 kg by new year only by running 3.5 km daily. I do not intend to diet or leave my belly hungry for the matter. I only intend to increase old calorie consumption by simulating the metabolism with a 3.5 km run daily. 

I started the challenge on 1 of september and by the beginning of this challenge i had round 103 kg. I wasn't doing any exercise at all besides short walks when I needed to the mall or some individual stuff. I started running on mornings because the belly is lighter and it helps with breathing. I started running distance slowly and with stops in between the journey. I had it really hard to breathe and had pain in my knees and joints.
